Safety is a top priority for Solenova. Our aim is that every member of our workforce, whatever their role, is able to carry out their work in a completely safe environment.
We recognize the strength of teamwork and creating an inclusive workplace that values diversity where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
We are committed to acting with transparency, integrity, and leading the energy sector by example.
Environmental care
As Angola continues to grow and develop, so its energy needs will grow. Investment in the country’s abundant renewable energy resources is critical to responsible growth of the energy sector and to Angola’s future.
While fossil fuels will continue to have a role in meeting the short-term needs of Angola, Solenova’s renewables projects will complement and gradually replace these, helping deliver a just and effective energy transition to Net Zero.
Building Futures
Enhancing the country’s access to clean energy will create job opportunities for Angolan people and generate economic growth.
Solenova engages proactively and effectively with key stakeholders in the energy sector to build a strong network to create and develop opportunities in energy.
We are proud to support our employees and communities which are neighbours to our main projects. Employees receive industry-leading employment packages and career development support and local communities will benefit from a number of dedicated social initiatives.
Additionally, local businesses are able to provide specialist services to our projects.
